Is it a part of the challenge to find out for the input to be not filtered? I am trying to view a certain page, but cannot to go one folder down like usually by using dots "../page.php"

It has been more than a minute and the script still isn't repaired 
Do I need to exploit the script the way mentioned? I hope not, since I can never do these kinds of exploits. |

I'll keep that in mind for the future
You do not have to exploit it in the way mentioned. Look at what you have done already and try ... something. Very very hard to give hints without giving it away

I was about to complete this challenge when I stumbled upon this message: You tried to hack our site, you are banned for 30 minutes! Is this also part of the challenge? Because honestly, I was just trying to beat the level...

Yeah, I completed it now. I asked about the ban because I didn't want to mess around if it was actually real... 
By the way, this was one of the most rewarding challenges ever. Amazing job! I'm looking forward to more challenges from you.
