Challenge S2E10 - The 23rd Psalm

Postby krueger » Sat Jun 28, 2008 11:11 am

Hi,

do you mind giving a hint for this one?
There are 2 things that draw my attention:
- the image itself, but it seems rather normal
- the name of the image. This one is rather strange, but i don't know what to do with it.

Greetings,
Krueger

Hi Krueger,
this might be very different than you think it is.
Its NOT an stegano, and NOT an crypto.
It's all about research because that's something that happend on this episode :)

Hi,

thanks for your anwser, but it wasn't quit what i expected :)
Especially the filename of the picture intriguided me. I really thought this was the main problem to solve. Also because it is the same style i've seen on another challenge site (which i can't solve also). That's also an extra reason for me to ask for hints, because solving the challenge on that other site would mean a big step :)
It's hard for me to believe that fEfArq.jpg is just chosen randomly, and it doesn't mean anything.
So any more pointers in the right direction? ;)

Hi krueger

as Bregi said this is not a crypto nor a stegano challenge...also you must know by now that most of the challenges here are unique and are not same with other sites...it's not the picture name what is important in this challenge...if you do some research about this episode you will notice something very similar to the challenge...hey Bregi maybe you forgot to write Solution: above the text box...or maybe not?

@krueger:
Do not try to find anything else, just give the right answer to the question given. 'Who is this?'

I'm stuck with the second part of the challenge. Can I have a hint for that please?

This challenge is very particular about capitalization and punctuation at each step. Try a few different ways. Or, better yet, look it up.

Thanks Alice! Just passed that bit. I had forgotten the full stop at the end! Punctuation (and sometimes incorrect spelling lol) has thrown me off so many times in the past few challenges.

EDIT: Challenge passed. Thanks again for the help! :D

I'm going to be working through every challenge correcting spelling and grammar. If only there were 30+ hours in a day ;)
